AEDCSE is a registered Special Education Institute under the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Situated in the remote, lush green district of Bagh, we address a critical gap in special education services.

We believe that children with special needs are not burdens—they are "special angels". Our focus is onEmpowerment, Independence and long-term development rather than just basic care.

Our Founder's Vision & Rationale

AEDCSE emerged from a realization that many existing institutions were disproportionately focused on fundraising and administrative expansion, while the core needs of children—education quality, therapy, individual growth and dignity remained secondary.

With limited personal resources but strong family support and lived empathy as a mother, the founder established AEDCSE as a purpose-driven institution designed to empower children by identifying and polishing their hidden potential, with a special emphasis on neurodiversity.

Specialized Education

Mirpur AJK curriculum, Pakistan Sign Language (PSL), IEPs and shadow teacher support.

Clinical Therapies

Speech, Occupational and Behavioral therapy combined with clinical psychology interventions.

Life Skills

Training in daily living, Personal hygiene, Emotional regulation and Social manners.

Vocational Skills

Hands-on exposure to carpentry, electrical skills and creative arts for future livelihood.
